This mentorship package is designed for designers who want more hands-on, project-based support and deeper involvement throughout the design and construction process. In addition to strategic advising, this package includes live collaboration, detailed project review, and real-time feedback to help you execute projects more confidently and professionally.
Support May Include:
- Live review and markups of drawings and documentation
- Assisting with client meetings and site visits (if local)
- Reviewing proposals, budgets, spreadsheets, and project timelines
- Guidance on contractor coordination and communication
- Reviewing material selections, specifications, and detailing
- Problem-solving through active projects and construction challenges
- Technical mentoring tailored to your current workload and goals
Coaching Format:
β Coaching is offered in packages of five 1-hour Zoom sessions
β Sessions may be scheduled as needed within a 90-day period
β Sessions are recorded and shared afterward for review
β AI-generated meeting notes are included after each session
β Reference materials, templates, and example documents are shared when relevant
β Drawings, images, PDFs, and project files may be uploaded ahead of time for review and live markup during sessions
Payment and Commitment Details:

- This coaching package is $875 for up to five 1-hour sessions
- After you purchase the package, you may book your sessions at your convenience based on calendar availability through the portal
- The package expires within 90 days. Any unused sessions will not be refunded.
