Coaching Sessions Terms & Conditions

Pellegrini Design Coaching, AKA Pellegrini Design LLC

1. Overview of Services

Coaching sessions are one-on-one advisory and consulting services for practicing interior designers. These sessions may include general design and business advising or project-specific guidance, depending on the service selected.

Sessions are intended to provide professional insight, feedback, and recommendations based on experience, but do not constitute full design services or project management.

2. Session Types

Two types of coaching services are offered:

  • Advisory Sessions: Focused on questions, general guidance, design and technical advice, and professional insight across design and construction.
  • Project-Based Consultations: More in-depth, hands-on support related to active projects, including review of drawings, proposals, budgets, and coordination strategies.

3. Scheduling & Session Use

  • Sessions are scheduled in advance via the provided booking link.
  • All sessions are conducted via Kajabi live or Zoom unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • For multi-session packages, sessions must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • Unused sessions expire after the designated timeframe and are non-refundable.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking or package purchase.
  • Pricing is subject to change; however, purchased sessions will be honored at the agreed rate.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
  • Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered a forfeited session.
  • Missed sessions (“no-shows”) will be charged in full and will not be rescheduled.

6. Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of purchase may be eligible for a refund of unused sessions, calculated at the single-session rate.
  • No refunds will be issued after 7 days from purchase.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused sessions after the expiration period.

7. Scope of Advice & Limitations

  • Coaching sessions are advisory in nature and based on professional experience and best practices.
  • The Client is solely responsible for how they choose to implement any advice or recommendations.
  • Pellegrini Design LLC is not responsible for project outcomes, contractor performance, construction results, or business decisions made by the Client.
  • Any information shared regarding construction methods, building codes, or technical detailing is provided for general informational purposes only and is not intended as, nor should it be relied upon as, construction instruction, code compliance verification, or licensed professional advice.
  • These sessions do not replace licensed services such as architecture, engineering, or general contracting.

8. Client Responsibility

  • The Client agrees to come prepared with questions, materials, or topics to make effective use of the session time.
  • For project-based consultations, the Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including drawings, specifications, and project details.

9. Communication Outside of Sessions

  • Coaching services are limited to scheduled session time only.
  • Email, text, or phone support outside of sessions is not included unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

10. Recordings & Materials

  • Sessions may be recorded and shared with the Client for personal use.
  • Any templates, examples, or materials shared are for the Client’s individual use only and may not be distributed, shared, or resold.

11. Confidentiality

  • All discussions during coaching sessions are kept confidential.
  • Pellegrini Design LLC agrees not to share proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during sessions.

12. Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, templates, and processes shared remain the intellectual property of Pellegrini Design LLC.

  • All materials provided or shown during sessions, including downloadables, guides, checklists, PDFs, screenshots, templates, or examples, are proprietary and represent original work developed by Pellegrini Design LLC. Unauthorized sharing, distribution, resale, or modification of these materials is strictly prohibited.

  • These materials may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • Pellegrini Design LLC shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or application of advice provided during coaching sessions.
  • By participating, the Client acknowledges that they are responsible for their own business decisions, project execution, and outcomes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

15. Agreement

By purchasing and participating in coaching sessions, the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
