Designing with Wood
Course Guidelines & Expectations
Pellegrini Design
This course is designed to be practical, engaging, and immediately applicable to real design work. The guidelines below are in place to create a clear, respectful, and valuable experience for everyone involved.
1. Course Format
Designing with Wood includes five (5) weekly live Zoom sessions, each approximately 90 minutes.
While attendance is optional, the course is designed as a live, interactive experience. You’ll get the most value by participating in real time.
2. Recordings & Access
All sessions will be recorded and shared through a private platform for 90 days following each session.
Recordings are:
- Streaming only (no downloads)
- Provided as a convenience, not a replacement for live participation
All recordings and materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reused.
3. Participation & Feedback
You are welcome to bring questions and real project scenarios into the sessions.
To keep things focused and fair:
- You may submit up to one (1) page drawing and 1–3 questions
- Questions and feedback will be addressed as time allows
Each session will include a limited number of live reviews (typically 2–3). If submissions are requested, they must be sent at least 48 hours in advance. Not every participant will receive individual feedback each week.
4. Scope of the Course
This course includes:
- Live instruction
- Group discussion and Q&A
- Limited live feedback during sessions
It does not include:
- Project-specific feedback outside of sessions
- Ongoing design support
If you’re looking for deeper, project-based guidance, additional support is available through coaching services.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payment is required in full to reserve your spot.
- Full refunds are available up to 10 days prior to the course start date
- No refunds will be issued within 10 days of the start date or after the course begins
6. Missed Sessions & Scheduling
If you miss a session, you may watch the recording within your 90-day access period.
If a session needs to be rescheduled, you will be notified as soon as possible and it will be moved to a comparable evening time, typically within 5 days.
7. Course Materials & Content Use
